Smoked Haddock, served on creamed mashed potato with soft poached egg, hollandaise sauce & asparagus spears

 

Mushroom pasta, button mushrooms in a creamy garlic and thyme sauce with linguini pasta and topped with fresh rocket, parmesan and a drizzle of truffle oil (v)
